Indie band Oh Honey began generating buzz in 2013 with their debut single “Be Okay,” which premiered on HuffPost Entertainment that September. Made up of Mitchy Collins and Danielle Bouchard, the duo have been building on their early success with the release of the EP With Love, and a tour this summer opening for The Fray.

During their recent stop in Orlando the group broke away to perform an exclusive acoustic set on Full Sail campus sponsored by local radio station Mix 105.1. The event was hosted inside the live recording room in our Audio Temple, with a crowd made up of both contest winners and students. Three songs from their EP were performed, “Get It Right,” “I Love You Will Still Sound the Same,” and their breakthrough “Be Okay,” which they asked the crowd to sing along with.

The performance was followed by a meet and greet and photo shoot with fans, before the band headed to their show that night at Hard Rock Live. Following their current tour Oh Honey will continue working on tracks for their full-length debut album, as well as prepare for a fall trek alongside American Authors.
