Looking to make more campus connections, earn GPS points or make a difference in your community? Consider getting involved in Full Sail’s Pure Motivation program!
Pure Motivation is a campus volunteer initiative coordinated by the Professional Development department. Each month, the Professional Development team coordinates a different volunteer opportunity, designated as a “Pure Motivation Event.” All these events are open to both staff and students, and students have the opportunity to earn GPS points for participating.
Recently, Pure Motivation volunteers packed back-to-school backpacks for disadvantaged children, helped protect a local ecosystem, participated as extras on an MTV television show, and supported participants in a breast cancer awareness walk. Because of their hard work and dedication, the students have helped make each of these outings a huge success.
Pure Motivation has two upcoming events involving children in need. First, join Pure Motivation on Saturday, Nov. 19 as an “angel in the outfield,” helping disabled children play baseball with the Central Florida Miracle League.
Then on Dec. 15, join Pure Motivation in the annual Toys for Tots toy drive for the holidays. More information on this event is forthcoming.
