Veterans Day Art Gallery, FS2 Art Gallery
The Student Community Association has also put together a Veterans Day Art Gallery showcasing original artwork (pictures, drawings, paintings, digital art, sculptures, videos) by students and staff members. The Veterans Day artwork will be shown in the art gallery of FS2 prior to the event and will also show at the Veterans Day Fair. The gallery includes works by Full Sail graduate Frank Gross, in his memory.
Recognition on the FSNet BARCO Wall
Full Sail will also recognize all active duty and veteran students and staff members on the ticker of the BARCO wall, which will be displayed throughout Veterans Day.
“You can put any number of veterans together – it can be two to five to ten, and instantly they start throwing around their experiences, their rank, where they were stationed, their branch of service, and it’s real interesting to see the dynamics of how they communicate with each other right away,” says Full Sail’s Senior VA Advisor Rob Henlon. “Being able to have that community here at Full Sail, which has its own unique community, I thought was very important, especially with the growth of veterans and active duty service members at Full Sail.”
