It’s the last full week of July and there are a bunch of great – and free! – events coming to Full Sail for students to take part in. Check out all of the details below:


  • GRAMMY-nominated hip-hop group Nappy Roots will be on campus to take part in a Recording Arts industry panel discussion and perform for students in Full Sail Live 1. More details.
  • Need a pick-me-up in between finals? There will be free food, soda, and water in the Library during this month’s Snacks for Students event. More details.
  • Hang out with fellow students, new incoming students, and representatives from campus clubs during this month’s SCA Networking Summit. More details.


  • Online students: get resume help with Career Development‘s Resume Architects during this week’s Resume Workshop for Online Students. More details.
  • The WWE is back on campus for another filming of the NXT series, this time with appearances by The Big Show and the WWE Divas. Tickets for this taping are free for students. More details.
  • Show off your stuff (or just go watch other students show off theirs) during MEISA‘s monthly Talent Showcase at the Diesel Bean Cafe. More details.


  • Full Sail kicks off a two-week long Olympics Celebration with an Opening Ceremony Party in Full Sail Live 1. More details.


  • More than a dozen food trucks will congregate in the Entertainment Business parking lot for The Daily City’s Food Truck Bazaar. More details.
  • New Jersey’s The RockNRoll Chorus vocal ensemble (think of it like real-life Glee) will give a free performance in the Full Sail Live Venue. More details.
