Design Rally, FLBlogCon EDU, Pure Motivation, and More [This Week at Full Sail]

This week, take part in a Dean Guitars-sponsored student contest (which is open to online students, as well!), enjoy some free snacks in the Library in between studying for finals, and spend a few hours Saturday morning helping clean up one of Winter Park during this month’s Pure Motivation event. All of the details, plus more events, are below.


  • Seven-time Sports EMMY award-winner and producer Jack Sedlak will lead a workshop about sports television and the technology field. More details.


  • The kick-off meeting for the Dean Guitars “Design a Guitar” contest will give students a chance to ask questions about the rules, meet with Dean reps, and form groups for the competition. More details.
  • The Library will be providing free snacks, soda, and water for students looking to take a quick refresher from studying for finals. More details.
  • New and current students can network with one another and learn about Full Sail’s student clubs at this month’s SCA Networking Summit. More details.



  • Music Business grad Aaron Bucy returns to campus to talk about his career in the record industry and as a Consumer Marketing Coordinator at Inpop Records. More details.
  • Starting at 5 p.m., gamers will convene for 48 straight hours on campus to take place in the first ever ‘Stealth Jam’ video game jam, hosted by the Guild of Independent Game Developers. More details.
