The REVOLT Music Conference is an annual event for people who are interested in music and media, and several Full Sail University students were selected to work this weeklong event as Ambassadors.

Boasting a lineup of music industry professionals, this music conference was designed to help people network, learn about the industry, and understand and navigate the evolution of music business. The event was held in Miami Beach, Florida from October 13 – 15.

Recent Music Production graduate Jeff Celestino first heard about the conference through a friend, but was able to apply for a position through Full Sail’s Career Development department. For Jeff, the days were long but he found the experience to be rewarding and cites it as the highlight of his time spent at Full Sail.

“There is something really amazing about being surrounded by like-minded professionals,” Jeff said. “There were lots of well-known artists, and I even got to talk to a few like Mase. I even met with the COO of REVOLT. The networking possibilities were endless.”

As an Ambassador, Jeff helped behind the scenes and assisted with setting up and tearing down the panels each day. He described the conference as a “one stop shop for the music industry” and highly recommends Full Sail students to get involved with future events.
