SPCA Diamond Gala in Full Sail Live [Photos]

The SPCA of Central Florida celebrated its 75th anniversary this past weekend with a black-tie fundraising Diamond Gala held in the Full Sail Live Venue. The event included a VIP cocktail reception, silent auction, and a dinner catered by Emeril’s Tchoup Chop. The non-profit SPCA (Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals) holds annual events to raise money for providing shelter, adoption, education, and community programs for local animals.

A few students from SPARK were in attendance because they created and produced the SPCA’s new mission video, which premiered at the gala. The video profiles several rescued pets and informs viewers on how they can donate.

    I like what they’re doing. I’m not from the US and in my country there’s nothing like this and I think it is nessesary. I love having pets! Actually I don’t have a pet because the schedule of the university is a problem for having a pet and give it the nessesary attention and care. Anyways, good article!
