Show Production Department Chair Susan Kelleher has organized a haunted house at Full Sail for nearly ten years, and this year will be no different. She’s heading up the student crew that will run this year’s spooky affair, to be held on Sunday, October 28, from 6-10 p.m. behind Full Sail Live 1.
The haunted house will be held inside of a large Stageline truck parked behind Full Sail Live 1. A theme hasn’t been decided yet, “but I’m sure there will be zombies involved somewhere,” says Susan. “It’s dark, and there will be noise and people jumping out at you. We have a stock of props that we’ve collected over the years.”
Weekly meetings leading up to the event will help everything come together before the night of the haunted house. Students are needed to help build the haunted house on October 24-28, and to serve as actors during the event on the evening of the 28th. If students want to help out with the Haunted House, they can connect with Susan via the Student Event Crew page on Connect.
The haunted house will be open to all students, staff, faculty, and their families. Admission is one food item, which will be donated to the Student Food Pantry.
