Pure Motivation, Full Sail’s student volunteer organization, spent last Saturday at the Fort Christmas Historical Park in Christmas, Florida, helping out with the city’s 13th Annual Wetlands Festival. The all-day celebration included guided wilderness hikes, wildlife shows, and live music. Students helped run several of the event’s activities, including organizing kids’ games, face painting, recycling, handing out free trees, and helping organize bus tours of the Wetlands.

According to Professional Development Advisor Kari Ramirez, nearly 50 students volunteered at the festival, which had about 4,000 attendees. Check out some photos from the event below.

Next month, Pure Motivation will help out during breast healthcare awareness organization Libby’s Legacy’s annual “Scooters for Hooters” event on March 23. We’ll have more details on the blog as they are announced.
