June Game Project Final Presentations

Student group Fire Breathing Kittens presented the end results of months of designing, coding, hard work, problem-solving, and precision at the Game Project Final Presentations this month. Students, faculty, and family members gathered in the Full Sail Live Venue to check out what the students had to offer on the day before their graduation from Full Sail.

Medieval Defender
is a tower defense game that follows the struggle of Crusader Jack as he works to defend his kingdom from the invading forces of the evil dragon. Players can employ a wide variety of towers to help Jack protect his territory, and can also summon powers from ancient ruins to lay waste to enemies in times of desperation.

This month’s Final Project presentations marked the one-year anniversary of the event, with a total of 31 games having graced the big screen. The Game Project Final Project Presentations require Game Development students to come together as a team and pitch their ideas for a completed game. Once approved, they team with Game Art and Recording Arts students to develop the project to its completion and present it before an audience of faculty, guests, and students.
