J.U.S.T.I.C.E. League’s Edward J. “UK” Nixon Talks to Students [Spotted on Campus]

Prism Sound’s “Mic to Monitor” tour stopped by Full Sail Friday – the afternoon event held in Full Sail Live 1 featured presentations about audio engineering from renowned mastering engineer and Mastering Audio author Bob Katz, and Edward J. “UK” Nixon, the Chief Engineer for the J.U.S.T.I.C.E. League production group.

Edward’s “No Secrets” presentation covered his beginnings in the music industry and how he got the opportunity to work with the J.U.S.T.I.C.E. League. Edward also gave students insight into his workflow and mixing style. The J.U.S.T.I.C.E. League has worked with dozens of rap and hip-hop artists, including Drake, Nas, Rick Ross, Mary J. Blige, and more.

Prism Sound is a U.K.-based company that manufactures its own high-end recording and mastering products. The event was also sponsored by SADiE and PMC Speakers.
