Perhaps the most anticipated Xbox 360 release of the year, Halo 4 hit stores today (at midnight in many locations), bringing series lead Master Chief back to the console for the start of a new game trilogy.
Fans have had a long wait for the follow up to 2007’s Halo 3, and as excited as we are to dig into the new campaign and online multiplayer, we’re also looking forward to seeing the work of 2007 Game Development graduate Jason Lyons.
Jason contributed to Halo 4 as a gameplay programmer at Certain Affinity in Austin, Texas, where he was hired in early 2012. This marks his first video game release, and we recently spoke with him after production wrapped to hear about his experiences on the latest chapter in the classic shooter franchise.
