Game Company Megatouch Visits Campus
If you’ve ever played a coin-operated touchscreen video game at a restaurant or bar, it’s likely that you have gotten hands-on with the work of game developer Megatouch. As part of the AMI Entertainment Network, Megatouch has created a variety of different game types, including action, puzzles, trivia, photo, card, and strategy titles.
Full Sail recently welcomed Megatouch to campus to provide students with an opportunity to learn more about the company, as well as a chance to find out about the different kinds of career possibilities that exist in the gaming industry. VP of Software Development Brennan McTernan talked to students about the Megatouch’s history, as well as career opportunities that are available within the company. McTernan also fielded questions from students about getting a foot in the door in the gaming industry, and spoke about what a company like Megatouch looks for when reviewing resumes from potential employees.
