Full Sail University’s Student Government Association has teamed up with Harvest Time International to help organize efforts to send relief to earthquake victims in Japan. After last week’s 8.9-magnitude earthquake, millions have been left without essentials such as drinking water, food, and electricity.
Relief Japan is a ten-day pledge that is taking place on campus to help gather food, clothing, water, and time for those who are in need. Students, faculty, and staff will be able to make a commitment to bring in their donations on Wednesday, March 23 during the SGA Networking Summit portion of Full Sail’s Orientation Week. Harvest Time International will send a representative to the meeting to collect these items, as well as provide more information about how others can volunteer.
Learn more about how you can help by by watching the video at the top of the post, and by visiting the pledge site.
