EMI Music Publishing Visits Full Sail

EMI Music Publishing

Last week, Career Development hosted two distinguished guests from EMI Music Publishing. Bridget Unger is currently the Director of Music Resources at EMI Music Publishing. She oversees the merchandise sector and expanded EMI Music Publishing’s reach into nontraditional media, from apparel to gaming companies. Along with her was Joya Nemley, who started her career as an administrative assistant and now acts as Global Services Manager. Joya also manages singer/songwriter Jesse Boykins who was the first independent artist to have a video premier on BET’s 106 & Park. While on campus, Bridget and Joya met with GPS students and lectured to a standing-room-only audience in the EB auditorium.

“It’s exciting to see that the next generation of industry professionals have experienced the rigorous academics and hands-on training that is expected from all Full Sail students,” said Bridget. “I am delighted to see that the future of this business is in capable hands and I look forward to working with each of them in the years to come.”
