UPDATE: Electric Daisy Carnival contest winners have been notified in the comments below. If you were one of the three random winners (Kevin Gomez, Jessica Simmons, Jenni Piriz), there’s a note below your comment on instructions for obtaining your tickets.

The Electric Daisy Carnival – the country’s largest electronic music festival – is coming to Orlando’s Tinker Field this weekend, and we’ve got three pairs of tickets to give away to the first day of the event. The carnival will feature performances on Friday, November 9, from dozens of EDM big-hitters, including Cosmic Gate, Bassnectar, Porter Robinson, and Tiesto.

To win one of the three Red Bull Prize Packs we have (which comes with a pair of tickets to the Friday date of the festival and a four-pack of Red Bull), just comment below with the act you’re most looking forward to seeing at the carnival. This giveaway is open to everyone. We’ll pick three winners at random on Thursday morning at 10 a.m. Good luck!

    I had never actually heard of EDC until recently my neighbor showed me a documentary on it. I have to say i was amazed!!! Funny coincidence though, my girlfriend also just happens to be here this week, as she lives abroad right now. i would love to take her to see her favorite- Bassnectar.

    I would love to win these tickets for my roommate because it’s all she’s been talking about since she’s moved in. It would make her so extremely happy because she hasn’t been to a concert since she’s moved up here because of her crazy school schedule and I know that she really needs a break. I know she really wanted to see Cosmic Gate and Danny Avila so it would work perfectly since they’re both playing on the 9th. So please pick me, not even so that I could go, but so my roommate could go because she really deserves and just needs a day of fun.

    im so stoked, i would love to see krewella, tiesto, Armin Van buren, Rehab, just to name a few. Ive never had the opportunity to attend a festival so im intrigued to hear a few of my favorite artist and also i would love to experience the sound and light show!! it must look awesome with all those LED every where and amazing sound!

    Oh my God, Where do I start? If I won the tickets It would hit me hard!

    I’d drive all the way there with a huge group of friends which I would entice to come along in the end.

    I’d dress up in orange and purple and green and make sure that everyone in the EDC could see me.

    I’d ready a video with the memories trapped away, and post them on facebook where they could come play.

    I would concider my luck to be turning around- since Obama’s now president I too could be feeling I’m EDC bound!!!!!

    If I were to win a Red Bull Prize Pack, I would be looking forward to seeing Tiesto.
    Tiesto is one of my favorite DJ’s because thanks to his music, I discovered an interest and passion for EDM back when I was a 12 year-old in 2004. Songs such as “A Tear In The Open,” “Just Be,” and of course, “Adagio For Strings,” made me a fan.
    I have seen him live twice, so seeing him again would definitely be a great opportunity, mainly since he has released a lot of new music since 2010, when I last saw him.
    He has left a legacy on EDM and it’s exciting to see where he’ll take his music and which way the genre will go.

    I was be so excited if I were to win these tickets. It would definitely be an awesome early birthday present to get to see Porter Robinson on his set.     I’m really looking forward to seeing Richie Hawtin (Plastikman). It’s interesting that he’s apart of this tour because his sound is way more diverse than the rest of the artists. I don’t think many people know of the Minimal/Detroit Techno sound that he has around here, so I hope that a bunch of new people get turned on to his stuff!
